Our People
Tanya Harvey focuses her practice on estate planning and probate. During the course of her career, Ms. Harvey has acquired experience in specific areas of estate planning law. For example, she is especially attuned to issues involving individuals with disabilities and special needs trusts in light of her past 15 years of special education law experience. Ms. Harvey also has experience providing estate planning counsel to non-traditional families and the GLBT community, including guidance and assistance with living trusts, health care powers of attorney and asset distribution. In addition, Ms. Harvey understands and is particularly sensitive to the specific estate planning issues involved when an individual is contemplating, or going through, a separation or divorce.
