Taavi Annus focuses his practice in bankruptcy and corporate finance. While in law school, Mr. Annus served as editor-in-chief of the Missouri Law Review.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Annus taught public law at the University of Tartu, Estonia, served as an advisor to the Estonian Supreme Court and as the Estonian representative at the European Commission for Democracy through Law. He has advised various Estonian governmental institutions regarding issues of constitutional and administrative law, and has participated in drafting of legislation in these areas.
