A registered patent attorney, Ms. Campbell focuses her practice on preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications for a variety of clients. Her practice also emphasizes assisting companies and individuals develop strategies for protecting and realizing the benefit of their intellectual property assets. Ms. Campbell has extensive experience in federal and state litigation and has been involved in representing clients in patent and copyright infringement litigation. Her clients have included software development and Internet firms, a leading designer and manufacturer of mountain bike suspension systems, non-profit organizations, wood products companies and various biotechnology firms.
