Steven Monteforte practices in the firm's real estate group. Although his practice has involved a wide variety of real estate transactions, during the last several years Mr. Monteforte’s practice has consisted predominantly of representing large, institutional tenants in all aspects of their corporate facility needs in New York City and throughout the country, including commercial lease transactions and national and worldwide brokerage and facility management agreements. The clients for whom he has done the most work include Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated; The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc.; and Cablevision Systems Corporation.
