Sean McElenney is a seasoned litigator who has successfully tried cases and arbitrations and argued appeals in a wide variety of civil cases across the United States. Mr. McElenney has broad experience litigating all aspects of complex commercial disputes in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. Mr. McElenney is the partner principally responsible for the handling and supervision of complex trust and estate litigation matters. Mr. McElenney has handled cases in state, federal and bankruptcy courts in California, Arizona, Utah, Nebraska, New Jersey and Nevada. Mr. McElenney also has experience in all aspects of real estate litigation and in commercial and bankruptcy litigation affecting loan problems, including real estate mortgage foreclosures and the enforcements of guarantees, partnership disputes, commercial leasing disputes, construction litigation, trademark disputes, unfair competition and repatriating assets from foreign jurisdictions. Mr. McElenney was a senior trial attorney for the United States Department of Justice prior to joining the firm.

- Obtained defense judgment, sustained through appeals to the Arizona Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, in legal malpractice action arising from potential multi-million dollar medical malpractice action
