- Represented major airline (and certain affiliates) on numerous aircraft financing transactions involving over 160 Boeing 737s, 41 Boeing 757s, 14 Boeing 777, 94 Embraer EMB regional jets, ATR 72, MD-80s and other aircraft, including the following transactions:
- Leverage lease financings of over 30 Boeing Aircraft, including guaranteed debt, and Regulation S pass through debt offerings
- Japanese leverage lease of two Boeing Aircraft with The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd and Banque National de Paris Tokyo Branch
- Financing of two McDonnell Douglas MD-80 Aircraft, through a commercial paper program with ABN-AMRO
- Various operating leases for major airline, including leases for Boeing 737s, McDonnell Douglas DC-10s, ATR-72 and other aircraft
- Engaged in connection with acquisition and financing of commercial aircraft through operating and leveraged lease transactions and other structures representing U.S. certificated air carriers
- Represented lessors in restructuring of aircraft leases
