• Represented ground lessee developer in the ground leasing of City Club Hotel, New York including related acquisition and development financing, including lease to major restauratuer  
• Representing developer partner in the acquisition of multi parcel development site for mixed use development, Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York
• Represented purchaser of shopping center, Westchester County, New York
• Represented investor partner (land owner) in joint venture development, including related construction and subsequent permanent financing of shopping center, Albany, New York.
• Ground leasing on behalf of a hotel developer for the construction and operation of a midtown Manhattan hotel development
• Site assemblage, construction financing, construction and leasing of Manhattan office towers including 712 Fifth Ave., 1585 Broadway, 750 Seventh Ave. and Tower 49
• Represented the Metropolitan Transportation Authority in conjunction with leases of the retail portion of Grand Central Terminal
