Scott Hargadon’s practice concentrates on the representation of tenants and landlords in lease and sublease transactions and on the representation of developers in residential, retail and office development projects.
Mr. Hargadon has for many years been chief outside real estate counsel to the world’s largest consulting firm and to many national tenants. He has represented clients on leases in all major cities in North America and many in Europe and Asia. Recently, he has represented a major healthclub chain in their expansion efforts in the Midwest and Southwest.
Mr. Hargadon was previously with a major Chicago law firm where he was chair of the real estate practice group. Mr. Hargadon is involved with numerous professional and civic groups.
