Mr. Becker practices in the Real Estate Development, Construction and Project Finance Client Service Group and the Transactions Client Service Group, with an emphasis on construction transactions. He represents project developers and other purchasers of design and construction services, in negotiating and drafting all types of agreements concerning construction-related services. Mr. Becker advises clients throughout the construction process regarding matters including alternative methods of procuring construction services, contract coordination, contract administration, and claims involving delays, unforeseen site conditions, defective work, and warranty matters.

Mr. Becker’s practice includes the representation of public and private companies in commercial and industrial construction transactions throughout the United States and internationally.
