Sarah Thompson practices within the areas of employment and corporate law. She is experienced in a range of employment matters encompassing transactional, advisory and contentious work. She also has a broad range of corporate and commercial experience, including share and asset acquisitions plus disposals and general commercial matters.

Sarah regularly advises clients on the employment aspects of cross-border corporate transactions and company restructuring. She also has particular experience of preparing contracts of employment and policies and procedures, as well as assisting clients with dismissals and negotiating severance agreements.

Sarah assists clients with data protection laws, including issues relating to the transfer of data outside the European Union and the implementation of codes of conduct.
