Advised a large UK Bank on the £1.1 billion acquisition of a portfolio of 47 Marriott hotels from Whitbread and Marriott and on the subsequent sale of the portfolio to a syndicate of investors;

Advised one of the UK’s leading energy companies on the creation of a joint venture to develop nuclear power stations in the UK;

Advised a private equity fund on the acquisition of its stake in a Czech mortgage business;
