Robert Skinner advises religious and other nonprofit organizations on tax, corporate, trademark, copyright and employment law issues. Because of his prior experience as General Counsel for HCJB Global, an international nonprofit, Mr. Skinner understands how decisions are made inside nonprofit organizations, which gives him a unique insight when counseling current clients.
Before becoming its General Counsel, Mr. Skinner worked for HCJB Global for three years in Quito, Ecuador, where he handled business and legal transactions in Spanish. Mr. Skinner has parlayed that international experience into providing real-world, practical advice to organizations looking to establish and structure charitable activities in other countries.
