Rodney Page has practiced law in Washington, D.C., since 1971. His practice is primarily commercial and corporate litigation, including trial and appellate work. He is experienced in corporate derivative actions, partnership disputes, contract cases, fiduciary litigation, and technology issues. As a Washington lawyer, Mr. Page also has experience in regulatory litigation matters, and he has advised clients in government investigations involving the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Education, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
