Philipp Koverchenko specialises in international arbitration and dispute resolution, focusing on complex cross-border disputes. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, he was Deputy Head of Legal at Basic Element Company (one of the largest Russian investment holdings). In his capacity as in-house counsel, Mr. Koverchenko coordinated and provided Russian law support in the key corporate disputes of Basel and RUSAL group over several years. As a Russian qualified lawyer, Mr. Koverchenko also participates in non-contentious projects and transactions. Mr. Koverchenko is fluent in Russian and English.
