Patrick Heider’s practice generally includes real estate acquisition and sale transactions, project development and finance, as well as commercial loans, leasing, and easements. Recent representations in which he has participated include:
- Divestiture of a $125 million industrial facility by a major manufacturing concern
- $25 million renovation of a nationally-registered historic office and apartment building, involving financing through multiple lenders as well as through federal and state tax credit programs
- Re-structuring of a $100 million credit facility secured by the borrower’s real and personal property
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Heider was employed for more than eight years with Clark Refining & Marketing, Inc., a major independent oil refiner and marketer. His responsibilities included corporate finance, acquisition and divestiture of properties, negotiation and drafting of supply and service agreements and management of outside law firms. As director of legal services, he oversaw acquisitions which more than doubled that company’s annual revenue.
