Peter Van Cleve’s practice focuses in the area of business and transactional counseling. Mr. Van Cleve has extensive experience representing private equity firms and privately held businesses, and his work for these entities has included formation and structuring advice, capital raising assistance, mergers & acquisitions and corporate partnering.

Within Bryan Cave, Mr. Van Cleve is a Section Leader and a member of the firm's Management Committee, which manages the day to day worldwide operations of the firm. From October 2004 to April 2011, Mr. Van Cleve was Managing Partner of the firm's St. Louis office.
