Peter Van Cleve’s practice focuses in the area of corporate finance, representing both public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, including transactions involving spin-offs, stock-for-stock mergers and asset acquisitions. He has participated in transactions in a number of industries, including financial institutions, industrial manufacturing, direct marketing and advertising, mortgage-backed securities, entertainment, restaurant and retailing. Mr. Van Cleve’s practice also includes counseling a number of privately held companies with respect to general corporate matters.
