Angelia Duncan's practice focuses on general commercial litigation with a concentration in real estate and construction litigation.
Ms. Duncan represents lenders, investors, property owners, and contractors in a variety of legal issues which arise from the purchase, sale, leasing and development of real estate. Her experience also includes resolving disputes related to construction contracts and defects.
During law school, Ms. Duncan was a judicial extern for the Honorable Patricia Timmons-Goodson, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of North Carolina. She also served as Symposium Editor of the Wake Forest Journal of Law and Policy and volunteered as a Guardian ad Litem.
