Timothy Davis practices in the Commercial Litigation Client Service Group. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for the Hon. Steve Leben of the Kansas Court of Appeals. While in law school, Mr. Davis served as the editor-in-chief of the Kansas Law Review, and as a teaching assistant to the legal research and writing program.
