Mr. Durrett has substantial experience working with investors, developers, lenders and major corporations in complex commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition and development of health care properties. Additionally, he regularly represents commercial landlords and tenants in lease negotiations for office, retail and industrial properties.

Mr. Durrett's representative matters include:

• Ground leases, air rights leases, acquisition and development of medical office buildings and ambulatory surgery centers for a publicly-traded Real Estate Investment Trust
• The acquisition, financing and development of large mixed-use projects, shopping centers and residential communities
• Involvement in several condominium projects and planned communities, as well as the preparation of all relevant formation and homeowners' association documents
• Assisting lenders, tenants, and purchasers through foreclosures
