Patricia Werner represents clients in a variety of industries, including fashion, entertainment and consumer brands. Ms. Werner's practice focuses on trademark clearance, prosecution and enforcement. She also counsels clients with respect to global trademark enforcement and protection strategies. Ms. Werner litigates cases involving trademark and trade dress infringement and she represents clients in many inter partes proceedings before the TTAB. She regularly works with counsel outside of the U.S. on trademark matters. Ms. Werner also handles domain name disputes under the UDRP. In addition, she handles the preparation and negotiation of licenses and other intellectual property related agreements, and performs intellectual property due diligence and negotiation for various transactional matters.
