Jeffrey practices in the real estate and real estate finance areas. His practice focuses on land acquisition, disposition, leasing and real estate finance. Craig counsels developers, property owners and tenants in the negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, easement agreements and commercial leases. He counsels lenders and borrowers on credit facilities, security documents and related opinion matters.
