Renée Frost has experience in a broad range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, secured and unsecured financings, securitized real estate loans, private placements and equity offerings. She also handles employment agreements and related issues, representing both executives and employers. Ms. Frost counsels clients on day-to-day general corporate law matters.

Ms. Frost is chair of the firm’s Opinion Committee and has experience in negotiating and reviewing opinions rendered by the firm in a wide variety of matters.
