Robert Ebert's litigation practice includes general business and commercial litigation and product liability litigation both locally and nationally. His experience includes a broad spectrum of all types of commercial disputes and product liability disputes. Additionally, Mr. Ebert uses his business-focused education (B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Notre Dame), and his experience as a Board Member of a $4.5 billion minority-owned technology business, to represent boards and audit committees of publicly traded companies. He has also represented professional teams, owners and professional athletes in high-profile litigation and arbitrations involving contract disputes and league-imposed sanctions.
