Gupinder Assi practices general corporate and commercial law. He has a broad range of experience and has advised clients in relation to joint ventures, shareholder agreements, share and asset acquisitions and disposals, investment funds, aircraft acquisitions, data protection and in respect of general commercial contracts.
He has advised clients in a variety of sectors, including biotechnology, media and entertainment and aviation. He has also worked on many cross-border and international transactions involving jurisdictions such as India, Russia, Lebanon and Brazil.
