Tara Newell has been involved in a wide range of transactions in a variety of industries including domestic and cross-border acquisitions of both publicly and privately held corporations and has represented both strategic and financial acquirers, including private equity firms, and sellers and targets. She also counsels clients in connection with joint ventures, strategic alliances, compliance and general corporate matters, including commercial contracts. Ms. Newell also has represented lenders, equity investors, borrowers, vendors and lessees in connection with various secured and unsecured financings.
Ms. Newell’s master’s degree concentration was in European studies. Prior to joining the firm, she was a corporate associate at a large New York law firm.
