Ms. Shucksmith has general experience in financings and taking security over assets. She also advises on corporate law aspects in lending and other transactions.
Ms. Shucksmith has assisted in a number of eurobond issuances representing the interests of corporate trustees. She has also worked on a number of distressed securitisations involving commercial mortgage-backed securities and other debt obligations some of which had a credit default swap and a total return swap embedded in them.
Ms. Shucksmith is admitted as solicitor in England and Wales and is qualified in Russian Civil law.
