- Representation of the owner of a medical supply company against allegations of violations of Stark laws and the federal anti-kickback statute in a False Claims Act/qui tam case.
- Representation of a home infusion business in negotiating a corporate integrity agreement with the Office of the Inspector General of the United States Department of Health and Human Services.
- Representation of a physician-owned IDTF in connection with a Stark investigation by the United States Department of Health and Human Services.
- Representation of durable medical equipment suppliers and home health agencies in grand jury investigations, as well as parallel OIG investigations and state investigations.
- Internal audits, investigations and due diligence reviews for numerous health care providers, including durable medical equipment suppliers, home health agencies, pharmacies and hospitals.
- Assist in the design and implementation of corporate compliance plans.
