Bryan Cave's Phoenix office, established in 1987, serves the growing needs of our clients in the Southwestern United States, whether those needs are local, national or global.

The nearly 45 attorneys in our Phoenix office are engaged in representations involving corporate finance and securities, antitrust, class actions, business and commercial litigation, labor and employment, intellectual property, international trade, environmental, real estate, tax and bankruptcy and loan workout matters. The Phoenix office also has several lawyers who focus their practice on Mexican real estate, finance and business issues.

Our Phoenix attorneys also are involved with many civic and charitable organizations, including the American Bankruptcy Institute, Arizona Mexico Commission, Arizona Science Center, Arizona Technology Council, Arts & Business Council, Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix, Camp Fire of Arizona, Downtown Phoenix Partnership, Economic Club of Phoenix, Greater Phoenix Economic Council, Greater Phoenix Leadership, Greater Phoenix Convention and Visitors Bureau, Maricopa County Bar Foundation, Maricopa Volunteer Center, St. Vincent de Paul, Thunderbirds, Valley Forward, Volunteer Lawyers Program, Wellness Community and Wildlife for Tomorrow.

As a result of this philanthropic commitment, lawyers in the Phoenix office have been honored with various awards over the past five years by the Maricopa Volunteer Center and The Business Journal for their pro bono advocacy efforts for the Volunteer Lawyers Program of Maricopa County, including Corporate Volunteer and Champion, Children’s Law Center Attorney of the Year, Medium Firm of the Year, Adoption Attorney of the Year and Lawyer of the Month.  Phoenix office attorneys also have been recognized as top pro bono attorneys by the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services in Education and have been named top pro bono attorneys in Arizona in 2007 and 2009 by the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services.

In addition, the office has hosted several Mother’s Day Galas to benefit UMOM New Day Centers, Arizona’s largest homeless shelter for families, which raised more than $400,000.  In 2009, Bryan Cave was the premier sponsor of UMOM’s Evening of Thanks and Giving event, which raised more than $225,000.  Bryan Cave's Phoenix office also has formed its own charitable organization, Cavers Who Care, through which the entire Phoenix office unites during the annual holiday gift drive to collect and deliver gifts and decorations to families that otherwise would be without.
