Bryan Cave’s Phoenix office, established in 1987, serves the growing needs of our clients in the Southwestern United States.
The more than 70 attorneys in our Phoenix office are engaged in representations involving corporate finance and securities, antitrust, class actions, business and commercial litigation, labor and employment, intellectual property, international trade, environmental, real estate, government contracts, estate planning, tax, professional liability and bankruptcy and loan workout matters. The Phoenix office also has several lawyers who focus their practice in Mexican real estate, finance and business issues.
Our Phoenix attorneys also are involved with many civic and charitable organizations, including: the Arizona Mexico Commission, Arizona Science Center, Arizona Technology Council, ASU Technopolis, Association for Corporate Growth, Desert Botanical Gardens, Downtown Phoenix Partnership, Greater Phoenix Economic Council, Greater Phoenix Leadership, Greater Phoenix Visitors and Convention Bureau, Maricopa Volunteer Center, Phoenix Community Alliance, Volunteer Lawyers Program, UMOM New Day Centers and Valley Forward.
As a result of this philanthropic commitment, lawyers in the Phoenix office have been honored with Corporate Volunteer and Champion Awards over the past five years by the Maricopa Volunteer Center and
The Business Journal for their
pro bono advocacy efforts for the Volunteer Lawyers Program of Maricopa County. In addition, the office hosts an annual Mother’s Day Gala to benefit UMOM New Day Centers, Arizona’s largest homeless shelter for families, which raised more than $100,000 in 2006 and more than $160,000 in 2007.
