The downtown Los Angeles office was established in 2005 and became part of Bryan Cave in the recent combination with Holme Roberts & Owen LLP (HRO). The downtown Los Angeles office boasts 13 attorneys, which in combination with the Santa Monica and Irvine offices, brings a total of 100 attorneys to Bryan Cave's Southern California presence. The downtown Los Angeles office has a full complement of partners and associates in the corporate, litigation, real estate and employment law departments.
