The Atlanta office of Bryan Cave was originally established in 1909 and is now one of the firm’s largest offices as a result of the 2009 combination with Atlanta-based Powell Goldstein LLP. The Atlanta office of Bryan Cave has been an integral part of the Atlanta community for the past 100 years. Our attorneys have a long history of working with large and mid-size international companies based in the Southeast. The Atlanta office has 170 lawyers practicing in the areas of banking, business and finance, employment, real estate, and litigation.
Our lawyers and staff are active members of the Atlanta community. As part of the firm’s continued support of pro bono work, we established a Fellowship Program with Atlanta Legal Aid. This fellowship is awarded to an associate who has demonstrated a commitment to pro bono and community service. Fellows at Atlanta Legal Aid work on a variety of matters ranging from education law to landlord-tenant disputes.
Our Atlanta-based community service activities include support of: Hands on Atlanta’s Service Juris Day, Habitat for Humanity, the Truancy Intervention Project, the Miriam’s Kitchen breakfast program, the Hispanic College Fund, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the annual Real Estate Games, Lawyers Have Heart Run, Annual Aids Walk, the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, Grady High School Mock Trial Team (sponsored and coached teams for more than a decade to repeated titles in regional and national competitions), Troops in Iraq and Junior Achievement of Georgia.
