Nikki Ott’s practice focuses on the defense of federal criminal and regulatory investigations and enforcement matters, internal investigations and civil litigation. She has assisted in the defense of clients under criminal and civil investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Commerce. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ott was a summer associate at another law firm in Washington, D.C.
