O’Dear Quoted in 'Kansas City Business Journal'

Kansas City Partner Craig O’Dear was quoted Aug. 19 by the Kansas City Business Journal concerning a proposed class action lawsuit against client Eruces Inc. – a Lenexa, Kan., software encryption company. "They believe the allegations are baseless and it’s going to easily be demonstrated as baseless, and beyond that, the company will respond in court," O’Dear told the publication.
