Bryan Cave HRO Announces Two Associates in Colorado Springs Office

May 21, 2012 – Bryan Cave HRO announced the addition of two associates to be based in its Colorado Springs office. Lucinda McRoberts is a member of the Commercial Litigation group and Ilana Miller is a member of the Technology, Entrepreneurial and Commercial Practice. Both associates will work closely with the firm’s Sports, Sponsorship and Event Venue client service group.

Lucinda McRoberts has been with Bryan Cave since 2010 and was most recently an associate in the St. Louis office in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights; Banking, Business & Public Finance and Real Estate Client Service Groups. Ms. McRoberts received a B.A. from Yale University and her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.

Ilana Miller was most recently with the San Diego Padres baseball organization, where she performed a number of different tasks, including drafting minor league uniform player and major league uniform employee contracts, conducting roster transactions, and acting as the liaison between six minor league affiliate teams and the San Diego Padres front office. Ms. Miller received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law.
