Frankfurt Partners Speak at WHU Private Equity Conference

Bryan Cave LLP Partners Veit Denzer and Tobias Fenck led a recent workshop with Jörg Mugrauer and Yasir Piracha from Quadriga Capital Private Equity on “Value Creation in Dynamic Markets” at this year’s Private Equity Conference of WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, one of the leading private business schools in Germany.

The objective of the March 30 private equity conference, “Private Equity 2.0: Redefining the Industry’s Chessboard,” was to promote financial knowledge, foster financial discussions and unite the world of finance with international students. Denzer and Fenck’s workshop focused on challenges in the private equity sector, how to determine key drivers for successful value creation, strategic and operational best practices and the legal framework for compliance. This conference has been organized annually since 2006.
