Appel focuses his practice in international and domestic tax planning involving taxation of mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, limited liability companies and tax controversy matters.
Barrie’s practice focuses in the areas of federal and state tax controversy and transactional matters.
The New York seminar was held Oct. 23-28 at the Grand Hyatt and the San Francisco seminar will take place Nov. 13-18 at the Fairmont Hotel. Both programs are sponsored by New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies.
