Bryan Cave’s Hamburg office was established in 2007 and is led by Managing Partner Dr. Michael Leue. The office initially focused on commercial transactions, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, and now is expanding to include additional practice areas.

“With the addition of Philip and Iliana Haleen to our office in Hamburg, we are making great strides in expanding the scope of legal services we can offer clients directly from the Hamburg office,” said Bryan Cave Chairman Don Lents. “Philip and Iliana are widely regarded in their respective fields, and we are delighted to welcome them to our team.”
