New Associates Join Bryan Cave Atlanta Office

The international law firm Bryan Cave LLP announced today that three new associates have joined the Atlanta office.
Mica Germain will join the firm’s Real Estate Client Service Group. Germain focuses her practice on real estate transactions. She was a summer associate with Bryan Cave in 2011. In 2012, Germain received her J.D. from the University of Virginia, where she served as managing board member of the Virginia Law and Business Review
and as president of the Law and Business Society. She received her B.A. and B.S., summa cum laude
, from the University of Georgia in 2008.
Rebekah McCorvey will work in the firm’s Corporate Finance & Securities Client Service Group. She was a summer associate at Bryan Cave in 2011. McCorvey focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate governance. She received her J.D., cum laude
, from the University of Georgia in 2012. While in law school, McCorvey served as class president and as executive articles editor of the Georgia Journal of International & Comparative Law
. She was also an active participant in the Moot Court program. McCorvey received her B.B.A. in international business, summa cum laude
, from the University of Georgia in 2004.
Jessica Wood will join the firm’s Banking, Business & Public Finance Client Service Group. Wood focuses her practice in the area of financial institutions law including corporate governance, regulation and compliance. She was a summer associate with Bryan Cave in 2010 and 2011. Wood earned her J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law and her M.B.A. from Emory University Goizueta Business School in 2012. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude
, from Vanderbilt University in 2008. While in law school, Wood served as articles editor at the Emory Law Journal
and as a clerk for the Hon. C. Kathryn Preston, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
