Hofmann, Lopach Featured in 'Law Week Colorado'

Denver Partners Mike Hofmann and Paul Lopach were featured July 3 in Law Week Colorado for their successful representation of Ohio Spine Network, a medical device distributor that sued Colorado-based medical device manufacturer Lanx claiming Lanx improperly terminated its contract. After a five-day trial in early June, the 10-person jury sided with Ohio Spine Network on three of its five claims and awarded it $957,000 (including interest), plus attorneys’ fees. “You never really know, but we got the sense that this was a case that would ultimately be decided by a jury,” Lopach told the publication.
