Cullen, Boggs Co-Author Article for 'Journal of Passthrough Entities'

Chicago Partner Daniel Cullen and Atlanta Partner Anthony Boggs co-authored an article for the May-June edition of the Journal of Passthrough Entities. Their article discussed certain tax issues related to the use of two structures, “domestically controlled” REITs and “leveraged corporate blockers,” in connection with foreign investment in U.S. real property.
