The Roundtable, which is locally co-sponsored by Bryan Cave and Saint Louis University, is designed for directors, senior executive officers and counsel who advise them to share ideas and discuss issues facing Audit Committees.
The program will commence with a panel discussion and interactive question and answer session exploring the audit committee?s role in overseeing key risks related to an economic turndown, including liquidity, access to capital, and the increased risk of earnings management. The discussion will also focus on how audit committees are addressing concerns about the quality of the company?s risk intelligence, including the adequacy of risk inventories and assessments.

The event will be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at The Ritz Carlton, St. Louis. Registration will begin at 2:30 p.m. and the panel presentation will begin at 3:00. A cocktail reception will follow the formal program at 5:00 p.m.
