New Lawyer Strengthens Commercial Litigation Practice in Bryan Cave’s Chicago Office

CHICAGO, IL, November 12, 2012 - The international law firm Bryan Cave LLP announced today that Maria Z. Vathis has joined the firm’s Chicago office as of counsel.
Vathis will practice with the Commercial Litigation Client Service Group. Her work focuses on complex civil litigation in the representation of commercial clients, including defending national class actions, and the representation of international and domestic insurers in various professional liability and first-party property matters. Prior to joining Bryan Cave, Vathis practiced with another Chicago law firm.
Vathis received her J.D. from DePaul University in 2001 and her B.A. from the University of Illinois in 1998.
