Natalie Daghbandan is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office. Her practice includes bankruptcy and restructuring with a focus on financial reorganization, loan workouts, receiverships, and adversary proceedings involving federal and state law claims. Natalie has experience working on a variety of bankruptcy and restructuring related matters and has represented debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, and other parties in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency, liens, and commercial law.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Daghbandan served as a judicial intern to the Honorable John K. Olson, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the Honorable Gary M. Farmer, Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal. Ms. Daghbandan also worked as a legal intern in the Special Prosecutions Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida and for the Federal Defenders of San Diego, Inc.
