Mark Goss practices exclusively in the fields of real estate development and real estate financing. He has broad-based experience in all forms of real estate development and financing and has represented a variety of foreign and domestic clients including individuals, corporations, financial institutions and foreign dignitaries. Mr. Goss’ practice includes experience in the states of Arizona, California, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia and the Republic of Mexico.

- Represented the owner in the sale of one of the most premier golf course properties in California in a transaction in excess of $1 billion
- Represented the lender in a 16-state, 142-store mortgage financing of $99 million
- Represented the lender in a $52 million sale/lease back funding of 83 convenience and gasoline stores in four states
- Represented the owner in the purchase, construction and operation of a prestigious Arabian commercial horse facility in North Scottsdale, Ariz.
- Represented a major insurance company as lender in a $107 million agribusiness loan
