Mike Burke works primarily in the field of employment-related litigation, with lead trial experience in discrimination cases, wrongful discharge, breach of employment contract, ERISA and Section 301 cases. He also has had responsibility for a broad range of issues brought before federal and state administrative agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, MCHR, OFCCP and OSHA. Mr. Burke has represented employers in state and federal courts, at trial and appellate levels, in arbitrations and in developing and negotiating individualized alternative dispute resolutions. He also advises employers on general employment and labor law issues, and with respect to collective bargaining agreements.
