Molly Jones practices in the litigation area. She has been a member of national and regional defense teams involving a variety of products from tires, auto-transport trailers, automobiles and rental trailers, to pharmaceuticals. She is experienced in handling a wide variety of discovery issues, including e-discovery, as well as researching and drafting complex substantive and procedural motions in state and federal courts around the country. Ms. Jones has first-chaired various depositions and has been a valuable member of jury-trial teams for several clients.
