Michael Rosen’s practice is focused upon general corporate, finance and business matters for a wide range of public, private, for-profit and not-for-profit clients.

Among the public companies with which Mr. Rosen works are Barnes & Noble, Inc. and GameStop Corp. Mr. Rosen also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of GameStop Corp. He has written and lectured on a variety of legal subjects ranging from the effects of pre-trial publicity to issues arising under the federal securities laws.

Mr. Rosen is Chairman of the Board of the New York City AHRC Foundation, an organization that aids children and adults with Down Syndrome, autism and other developmental disabilities. In February 2009, he was honored at the annual Thurman Munson Award Dinner, receiving the Corporate Hero Award for his efforts. Mr. Rosen is also a Trustee of the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services.
