Mili Joseph focuses her practice in commercial litigation. Ms. Joseph’s practice covers a broad range of issues, such as breach of contract, product and premises liability, municipal tax issues, and insurer liability. Ms. Joseph participates in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial strategy, discovery, motion practice, jury and bench trials, and appellate practice.
Ms. Joseph graduated
cum laude from the Boston University School of Law, where she was part of a team that presented a symposium titled "Military Commission Trial Practices: Due Process and National Security." She also interned for the Department of Justice, clerking for the Executive Office of Immigration Review.
