Michael Leue’s transactional practice focuses on national and international mergers and acquisitions, corporate advice including corporate finance and private equity investments as well as banking and finance and private clients. Before becoming a lawyer, Dr. Leue was trained at a large German bond issuing and real estate bank where he then continued to work as an internal auditor. Prior to joining the firm, he was leading the corporate practice group of the European Legal Alliance, a 700 member exclusive law firm alliance. He also served on the executive committee of this alliance.

Dr. Leue frequently speaks on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law as well as on banking (regulatory) issues to industry and professional audiences in Europe and the United States.
